(Wear and Tear)
We know dog's play hard and are rough on their collars. Wear and tear includes damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, scratching, excessive pulling, chewing or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. While our collars are among the strongest available, they are not indestructible. The decorative portion is still fabric so wear and tear can be expected over time.
(Size Issues)
We cannot accept returns for ordering the incorrect size. We can usually make a collar smaller for a fee, but we cannot make it larger or change the width. We provide detailed information about sizes and buckles, it's your responsibility to read it before ordering.
This is a handmade item and total length may vary up to an inch which allows for human error. If you are at the end of the size range, it's always best to size up.
IF THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR ON OUR PART, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. WE MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT, NO EXCEPTIONS. WE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO CORRECT AN ALLEGED ISSUE IF WE ARE NOT CONTACTED WITHIN 48 HOURS.
Defective items will be repaired or replaced with the exact same item, size, width etc. This policy is strictly enforced to avoid abuse of our return policy.
