exempt from our 6-8 business day production time. All other shipping methods are in addition to our production time. Transit times are not Guaranteed except for 2 day Air and Overnight services.

TRANSIT TIMES: All transit times are in addition to our turn around time of 6-8 business days. Transit times listed are the average delivery time, not guaranteed, unless you select FedEx as the shipper. Rush service and Ready to Ship items are exempt from the 6-8 business day turn around time.
USPS MAIL: Transit times 3-7 days (average, not guaranteed). Saturday delivery. No tracking, just Delivery confirmation. We do not refund, replace or reship items if USPS.COM says the item was delivered or held at the PO for pick up. UPS GROUND: Transit times are 2-4 business days. No delivery on weekends or holidays. Full tracking available. We will reship for lost or damaged packages. Please contact us within 48 hours regarding damaged packages. UPS does not ship to PO boxes so a physical address is required if you choose this shipping method. Transit times are not guaranteed with ground shipping.
FREE SHIPPING: Available on all US orders over 69.00 (excludes APO). Items that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via USPS first class mail. You must select the free shipping option at checkout. Other shipping options available for expedited shipping.
OVERNIGHT/ 2 DAY AIR: Orders shipped via FedEx. No delivery on Holidays and weekends. Will reship lost or damaged packages if contacted within 48 hours of deliver. Keep in mind FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes and we will need a physical address. Transit times are guaranteed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - We currently offer International shipping via International Economy or Express Mail. International rates are based on weight, the above chart lists prices for packages weighing 1 lb or less. All International items are subject to additional customs fees and taxes. The purchaser is responsible for any additional fees applied by your country. Transit times listed are average transit times, not guaranteed.
RUSH SERVICE: We now offer a Rush Service for US and International customers. See the chart above for pricing. If you select RUSH service, we will ship your item out next business day via the transit speed you select.
BUSINESS DAYS: Business days are Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. All orders placed after 6pm Central time are considered the next day. >
