  • How do I measure my dog for a collar?
    You can use a measuring tape to measure your dog's neck size. You should be able to fit two fingers under the tape for a comfortable fit. See MEASURE YOUR PET for info on how to measure your pet.
  • Are your collars washable?
    Yes, our collars are washable. We recommend putting the collar in a garment bag and toss into the washer. We do not recommend putting the collars in the dryer.
  • How long before my order is shipped?
    Please understand all our items are made to order per your specifications. Most times our orders are shipped within 6 to 8 business days. If there is any unexpected delay, we will notify you. We also offer a Rush Service for 16.50 and that includes shipping (US ONLY). Rush orders ship within 48 hours via priority mail.
  • What shipping methods do you use?
    We ship most orders via USPS with delivery confirmation to keep your shipping charges low. We also offer some expedited shipping methods. Please see our SHIPPING page for prices and services offered. Orders over 69.00 ship for free vis USPS economy shipping (excluded international orders).
  • Do you ship International?
    We do ship international via Economy International or Express Mail. Please see our shipping tab at the bottom of the page for prices. International orders may be subject to additional duty and vat fees. This is the responsibility of the international purchaser.
  • Do you have toy/small breed dog collars?
    No, we do not make toy/small breed dog collars. Our narrowest width is 3/4 inch and the hardware on those is usually too heavy for itty bitty dogs. Many of our patterns are large and therefore narrower widths ordered will have less pattern visible. Please be sure of the width and size you want, as additional fees are associated with exchanges of that nature.
  • Can you help me pick a buckle style for my collar?
    You can view our Collar Styles page HERE to help determine the buckle style for you
  • It's been 8 days...where's my order?
    6-8 business days does not mean you will have your items at the front door 8 days from when you ordered. That is the time we need before we ship your items. Business days do NOT include weekends and holidays.
  • Why haven't you answered my emails?
    Most of the time this is because our email went to your junk mail or there was a typo when you entered your email address. Be sure to check you junk mail folders. Another reason is due to typos in the email address you provide for us on the contact form page. Please double check those email addresses. Finally, some people have a spam blocker and our email is rejected. We will NOT attempt procedures to get on the approved list, so keep that in mind as well.
  • Can you please omit your company label from my collar?
    I'm sorry, it's against company policy to remove our brand label from any product purchased from our company. Please refrain from leaving comments asking us to do so. All comments regarding branding removal or requests to displace our label will be dismissed.
